How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil order as quickly as possible.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at criezelle@criecosmetics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may contact us at criezelle@criecosmetics.com including your name, order number and the full details of why you want to change or cancel your order. However, once your package has been shipped, we can no longer change/cancel your order.
